Mercedes S class is looking to revamp its S Class line for 2013. Recent spy shots have revealed a slightly longer model with the hood and the wheelbase getting additional length. Expect new S class get styling cues from the 2010 Mercedes F800 style concept which would mean sharper lines and possibly, a new front radiator gnile.
The next S-class will also evolve under the skin. Power for US bound models will likely come from a variety of familiar sources, including Mercedes stalwart 3.5 liter V-6, 5.0 liter V-8 and 5.5 liter twin turbo charged V-12 engines.
The 2010 E-class is being touted by the brand as the most technologically advanced car it has built at least untill 2010 S-class arives. The S-Class flagship is likely to be the safest, most comfortable, most opulent Mercedes-Benz ever, but in which respects it will be truly revolutionary versus merely evolutionary remains to be seen.
