Passenger cars selling and commercial vehicles selling from dealers retail-to-user during October 2009 reach to 48,921 units. With this addition, total retail sales for 10 months of 2009 has reached 390,879 units.
With these achievements, the members of Gaikindo estimates that car sales this year reach about 470,000 units will be achieved. The reason is, when the remaining two months; the seller is only selling 80,000 units or 40,000 units per month.
